 The purpose of the Sanctuary Choir is to
uplift the congregation and support our pastor and the
members of First Congregational Church through the
ministry of song. It strives to provide Christian music
as an inspiring and uplifting force for those who
assemble together in worship.
Holy music brings the
congregation into the presence of God so that each
person can experience the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
on a personal level.
The music ministry is an active,
participatory, and integral part of the worship service.
It is there to assist worshipers in centering their
thoughts upon God. |
